A rare creative moment initiated by a card for a friend.

  1. It was done with 4b pencil and leaves used as a rubbing. I then cut out the shapes and touched them up a bit, mainly because it looked a little too rough left as a rubbing. I just wanted to do something simple as I did not have much time.

  2. Incredible. I love the intricacy of your art. I wouldn’t have thought it possible to get so much detail from a rubbing, even with the touch up. I suppose I associate rubbings with crayons.

  3. Thanks Anna. Actually, I only touched up the shading to distinguish the leaves… Which makes it all not that clever really!
